1. we have disassembled screen and refurbished screen for iPhone 15 series, disassembled from 100% apple original iPhone, outer glass isn't polished; refurbished with 100% apple original used screen

2. "Unknown Part" will appear when replace new screen, if you mind, please consider carefully before place order, or you can find local repair shop, normally they can process this case 

3. "True Tone" needs to be programmed can works, please find local repair shop, they can do this job for you

4. we test and inspect each screen before ship out, make sure you receive 100% working screen

5. please do a simple testing before installing, any problem please contact us to get solution. we take full responsibility based on screen pacakge isn't removed, after removing screen package, we only guarantee touch function.

6. if touch doesn't work well, please remove proctective film and test again.
